COB是什么?

  COB光源是将LED芯片直接贴在高反射率镜面金属基板上的高光效集成面光源技术。该技术消除了支架概念,没有电镀、回流焊接和贴片工艺。因此,工艺减少了近三分之一,节省了三分之一的成本。

  目前芯片集成COB模块属于个性化包装,主要是为某些个案应用产品设计生产,尚未形成主流产品形式。

  传统的LED方法是:发光二极管光源分离器件→MCPCB光源模块→LED灯,主要是由于没有现成合适的核心光源组件而采用的方法,不仅耗时,而且成本高。

  事实上,我们可以将LED光源分离器件→MCPCB光源模块结合起来,直接将LED芯片集成到MCPCB上,形成COB光源模块,走COB光源模块→LED灯具的路线,不仅省时省力,而且可以节省器件封装成本。

玻璃透镜优势
玻璃透镜连板设计,突破了传统的模组采用的PC连板透镜,带来一种全新的体验,有效地克服了PC透镜的不良问题:
1、抗腐蚀能力:高硼硅3.4玻璃属于硼硅酸盐玻璃中的硼硅玻璃,耐酸耐碱,抗腐蚀性能优越。
2、耐温性强:相比PC透镜,其热膨胀系数较低,拥有良好的热稳定性,光学表面温度的变化小,保留原有的光学照明效果。
3、透光率高:常规PC透镜透光率在85%左右,造成光照的浪费,玻璃透镜透光率为90-93%,镀加增透膜后可高达97%。
