对称透镜和偏光透镜的差别

对称透镜

优点:设计容易,在暗房看光斑为长方形,符合外行的布光思维。

缺点:在道路照明使用中,如果仰角小于15度,则大量光能分布在人行道,而车道的光能不足。如果仰角大于15度,则不符合国家标准要求,而且眩光太大,此外:增大仰角可以把大量光能投射到道路上,但是仰角越大,灯杆下面照度越大、远离灯杆的车道照度越低,即:灯具仰角越大、整个马路的照明均匀度越差!

现状:早期LED路灯透镜以对称光斑为主!随着光学设计技术的升级换代以及投标甲方对道路照明光效的越来越具体化的要求,目前已经很少采用。

偏光透镜:

优点:无需严重依赖仰角即可获得较高的道路照明均匀度、获得较低的眩光系数、获得较高的车道实际有用光效比!

缺点:需要采用龙格库塔法微分求曲面,光学设计工作量大、设计难度比对称透镜高。

现状:由于LED路灯偏光透镜开模成本、注塑成本和对称透镜一样,但在实用性方面呈一边倒的占据明显优势,所以目前已经成为主流LED透镜方案的首选!
